After a strong 18+ months in Manchester's Media City, Synextra have now moved to their current offices, located just outside of Warrington. This move allowed them to better serve businesses all across the North West, not just those located in Manchester. Now, after successful trial and soft-launch phases, Synextra looks to maximise year 2 revenue with the full launch of the Channel Partner program.
"The office move helped Synextra to cater to the North West. The Channel Partner program now helps us to cater to the entire country." – Managing Director, Michael Pyne.
Other companies can now benefit from Synextra's investment into SmartStac, their bespoke, robust and autonomous cloud platform. With Synextra, smaller IT Support outfits can finally benefit from the cloud-revolution – offering a Hosted Desktop solution to their clients, without having to invest time and resources into building their own cloud platform.
"It took us two years to build and perfect the infrastructure. We don't think other companies should have to go through the same process without being able to bring on customers. Our new Channel Partner program is an easy and efficient way to start providing Hosted Desktop to your customers." – Abbey McAllister
The company has opted to take a personal approach to the partner scheme, where partners can work with the Hosted Desktop specialists in whichever way suits them best. Partners can either refer customers to Synextra, or they can resell the Hosted Desktop solution – earning themselves commission either way. This goes hand-in-hand with Synextra's no quota policy.
"We can do as much or as little as the partner wants us to do. We can either do full support for the end customers, or just manage the background infrastructure and allow them to take care of customers." – Abbey McAllister, Head of Channel Partnerships
