A record number of Zen’s key Partners attended the event which was held at The Belfy in the West Midlands. The aim was to help Partners understand how to make the most of Zen’s portfolio of products and services, as well as discussing trends in the market place and provide opportunities to network with key stakeholders in order to provide feedback into future product developments.
The day opened with Richard Tang, Zen’s Founder and Managing Director taking Partners through the company strategy and Zen’s continued commitment to the Channel. He shared exclusive insights into future plans for growth, demonstrating Zen’s ability to be a trusted and long term strategic Partner.
The next session was presented by Stephen Warburton, Zen’s Sales Director who spoke about how Zen plans to support its Channel Partners in the future and the developments being undertaken to strengthen Partners’ ability to take advantage of market trends.
Zen’s guest speaker Matthew Townend, Director of illume Consulting provided his insights into opportunities in the UK Voice market. illumi Consulting helps companies deal with the issue of rapidly changing telecoms, technology and media markets.
Partners were able to customise their day by choosing to attend two of five elective sessions. Topics of these Mini Masterclass workshops included; The Future of Fibre Optic Broadband, Choosing the Right Connectivity Solution, Increase Efficiency of Network Operations with IP VPN, Into the Cloud and Thinking Digital – How the Internet is affecting Buyer Behaviour.
An exciting conclusion to the day was the Zen Partner awards. The awards were presented by Richard Tang, Stephen Warburton and Deborah Wrigley, Channel Sales Manager to recognise the important contribution that Zen’s Partners make to the business and reward top performers. Winners included:
